Our New Beginning is dedicated to developing and empowering youth by building self-esteem, promoting well-being, encouraging positive behaviors at home and in school, and creating a brighter outlook on life. We also strengthen families by promoting healthy communication, positive social skills, nurturing family bonds, and enduring relationships.

Founder & CEO
Meet Our Founder
For more than 30 years, Evelyn Frasier, RN, BSN, has dedicated her nursing career to caring for people and strengthening families. Today, as Founder and CEO of Our New Beginning, Inc., she brings those decades of professional experience to a mission that has been shaped by what she has seen firsthand: when children and families receive the right support, guidance, and encouragement, meaningful change is possible.
Evelyn’s extensive nursing background includes psychiatric and behavioral health care and work with children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges. Her experience in child and adolescent psychiatry, behavioral support, family bonding, and parent education has given her a unique understanding of both the needs of children and the challenges parents may face while trying to help them succeed.
Throughout her career, Evelyn has placed a special emphasis on helping parents build practical skills they can use in everyday family life. She has supported new and experienced parents in learning approaches centered on positive reinforcement, healthy boundaries, effective communication, behavioral strategies, and stronger parent-child relationships.
Over the years, one lesson has remained clear: children do best when the people who care for them are supported, informed, and empowered as well.
That belief is at the heart of Our New Beginning, Inc.
Through her leadership, Evelyn is building an organization focused on providing children, adolescents, and families with programs, education, resources, and supportive services designed to encourage positive behaviors, strengthen relationships, improve communication, and create greater opportunities for the future.
For Evelyn, Our New Beginning is more than the name of an organization. It represents the belief that with support, guidance, and opportunity, every child and family can move toward a stronger new beginning.
